Allahabadi Champ

Ingredients:

Goat Champaan (half a kilo)

Oil (for frying)

Ginger Garlic Mix (two tablespoons)

Crushed nutmeg jaggery (half a teaspoon)

Salt (to taste)

Crushed pepper (half a teaspoon)

Crushed cinnamon (half a teaspoon)

Crushed red pepper (one teaspoon)

Turmeric (half a teaspoon)

Yogurt (half a pound) without water

Crushed cumin (one teaspoon)

Flour (half a cup)

Scrambled eggs (two numbers)

Sesame (two to three tablespoons)

Lemons (one number)

Onion (one number)

Tip: First press the chops with a small hammer. Heat two to three tablespoons of oil in a frying pan, add ginger garlic mixture and chops and fry for two to three minutes, then add crushed nutmeg, salt, pepper, cinnamon, red pepper, turmeric, yogurt and cumin. Add and mix. Cover with a cup of water and leave to cook for twenty to twenty five minutes. When the chops are melted, take them out and coat them with flour. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top, beat in beaten egg and fry in hot oil. When ready, serve with lemons and onions.
