Fried Gola Kebab

Ingredients:

Keema (half a kilo)

Fried onion (four pieces)

Raw papaya (a teaspoon)

Jawtri (a quarter teaspoon)

Nutmeg (a quarter teaspoon)

Egg (one number)

Crushed garam masala (one teaspoon)

Yogurt (a tablespoon)

Ginger Garlic Mix (one tablespoon)

Crushed red pepper (two teaspoons)

Ground cardamom (half a teaspoon)

Salt (to taste)

Oil (as required)


Tip: Add minced onion and raw papaya and grind well. Now grind nutmeg and jaggery finely and put it in the pan. Add egg, crushed hot spices, yogurt, ginger garlic mixture, crushed red pepper, crushed cardamom and salt and mix, then fry or barbecue them in hot oil in the form of gola kebab and serve.
