Royal meat Recipe ( Shahi Gosht )

Shahi Gosht 

Ingredients:

Goat meat (one kg)

Yogurt (half a pound)

Almonds (twenty grams)

Fresh cream (hundred grams)

Crushed garam masala (a tablespoon)

Crushed turmeric (one tablespoon)

Crushed nutmeg jaggery (half a teaspoon)

Crushed red pepper (two tablespoons)

Crushed garlic ginger (two tablespoons)

Green coriander a quarter of a lump (stick)

Salt (to taste)

Oil (a quarter cup)

Finely chopped ginger and green coriander (for garnish)

Tip: Heat oil in a saucepan, grate garlic and ginger and add meat and cook till it changes color. Add green coriander, mint, garam masala, turmeric, nutmeg, red chilli, salt, curd and a cup of water and cover and cook. Boil almonds and pistachios and peel and chop finely. When the meat is melted, roast it. Add cream, almonds and pistachios and fry till the water is dry and serve in a dish. Serve the delicious royal goat meat garnished with green coriander and ginger.
