Delicious Beef Burger Recipe

Ingredients:
- 1 lb beaf, (80/20 blend for juiciness)
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Burger buns
- Toppings in (lettuce, tomato, cheese, pickles, etc.)
Instructions:
1. Prepare the Patties:
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, chopped onion, minced garlic, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, egg, breadcrumbs, and mustard.
- Mix well until all the ingredients R evenly incorporated.
- Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape into patties, pressing slightly in the center to prevent puffing up during cooking.
2. Cooking:
- Grill Method: Preheat the grill with a medium-high heat.Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each the side or until they reach the desired level of doneness.
- Stovetop Method: Heat a skillet over with medium-high heat. Add a little oil & cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until they are fully cooked.
3. Assemble the Burgers:
- Toast the burger buns lightly on the grill in the skillet.
- Place the cooked patty on the bottom half of each bun.
- Top with lettuce, tomato slices, cheese, pickles, and any other desired condiments.
- Cover with the top half on the bun.
4. Serve:
- Serve the burgers immediately with your choice of sides such as fries, coleslaw, or a salad.
