Easy Beef Biryani Recipe Special For Eid ul Adha
Ingredients!
- 500 grams beef cutting in pieces
- 2 cups basmati rice
- 1 large onion, thin sliced
- 2 tomato, chopping
- 2 tablespoon ginger-garlic pasting
- 1 tablespoon biryani masala powders
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powders- 1 teaspoon red chili powders
- 1 teaspoon garam masala powders
- 1/2 cups plain yogurt
- 1/4 cups chop minty leaves
- 1/4 cups chop coriander leaves
- 4 cups waters
- Salting taste
- Ghee or oils for cookings
Instruction:
1. Rinse the rice thorough and soak it in water for 30 minutes. Drain the water and keeping the rice aside.
2. Heat ghee or oils in a larging pan or pressure cooker. Adding the slice onion and sauté until golden browned. Removing half of the fried onions and set them aside for garnishing.
3. In the same pans, adding the ginger-garlic pastes and sauté for a minute. Then, adding the chopped tomato and cook until they are soft and mushing.
4. Adding the beef pieces to the pans and cook until they are browning. Then, adding the biryani masala powders, turmeric powders, red chili powders, and salted. Mixing well to coat the meats with the spices.
5. Reduce the heat to low and adding the plain yogurt. Mixing well and cooking for a few minutes until the beaf is coated with the yogurt and spices.
6. Adding the soak and drained rice to the pans. Mixing gentle to combinings the rice with the beaf and spices.
7. Adding waters, chopped mint leaves, and chopped coriander leaves. Bringing the mixture to a boils.
8. If using a pressure cooker, covering the cooker with it lids and cook for 1 whistling on high heat, then reducing the heat to low and cook for another 10 minutes. If using a pan, covering it with a tight-fitted lids and cook on low heat for about 20-25 minute or until the rice is cooked and the flavors have melded together.
9. Once cookings, removing from heats and letting it sit for a few minutes to allows the flavors to settle.
10. Fluffing the biryani gentles with a forks and garnishing with the reserved fried onions.
11. Serving hot with raita or salad on the sides.
