Kofta Macroni

Ingredients:

For meatballs:

Cow price (three hundred grams)

Roasted gram (two tablespoons)

Poppy (two tablespoons)

Rice (a tablespoon)

Turmeric (half a teaspoon)

Crushed red pepper (one teaspoon)

Salt (half a teaspoon)

Hot spice (a teaspoon)

Chaat Masala (a teaspoon)

Ginger (one tablespoon)

Green pepper (two pieces)

For gravy:

Oil (a quarter cup)

Chopped onion (one cup)

Ginger Garlic Mix (two tablespoons)

Tomato puree (one and a half cup)

Yogurt (a quarter cup)

Crushed red pepper (one teaspoon)

Salt (a teaspoon)

Turmeric (a quarter teaspoon)

Hot spice (a teaspoon)

Chaat Masala (a teaspoon)

Klonji (a quarter teaspoon)

Fenugreek seeds (a quarter teaspoon)

Boiled macaroni (four cups)


For garnish:

Green coriander leaves (a quarter cup)

Chop green chillies (two to three pieces)

Tip: For meatballs: Grind gram, poppy seeds and rice. Now grind them in chopper mixed with cow dung, turmeric, crushed red chilli, salt, hot masala, chaat masala, ginger and green chilli and make meatballs.

For the gravy: Heat oil in a pan and fry the onion. When onion is soft, add ginger garlic paste, tomato puree, curd, red chilli, salt, turmeric, garam masala, chaat masala, cloves and fenugreek seeds and fry. Now carefully place the meatballs in the gravy and cover the pan with a splash of water. When the meatballs are cooked, carefully mix the macaroni in the gravy and take it out of the dish and serve garnished with green coriander leaves and green chillies.
