Easy Mutton Keema Recipe Special For Eid ul Adha

  • 500g minced mutton
  • 2 onions, finely chopped
  • 2 tomatoes, finely chopped
  • 2 green chilies, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
  • Cooking oil


1. Heat some oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Let them splutter.

2. Add the finely chopped onions and sauté until they turn golden brown.

3. Add the ginger-garlic paste and green chilies. Cook for a few minutes, or until they raw smell disappears.

4. The tomatoes should now be added and cooked until they are mushy and tender.

5. Add the salt, coriander powder, red chili powder, and turmeric powder. Blend thoroughly.

6. Add the minced mutton and mix it with the masala. Cook until the mutton is browned and cooked through.

7. Sprinkle garam masala and mix it in.

8. Cook the keema on low heat for a few more minutes to let the flavors blend.

9. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.

10. Your delicious Mutton Keema is ready to be served hot with roti or rice!
