Special Tawa Keema Recipe

Tawa Keema

Ingredients:

Pieces of goat (400 grams)

Oil (a quarter cup)

Ginger (one tablespoon)

Garlic (two tablespoons)

Chopped onion (half a cup)

Liver (two hundred grams)

Tomatoes (one number)

Salt (a teaspoon)

Crushed red pepper (one teaspoon)

Turmeric (a quarter teaspoon)

Hot spice (a teaspoon)

Kasuri methi (one tablespoon)

Green chili (a quarter cup)

Green coriander (a quarter cup)


Tip: First, heat the oil on the stove and add ginger, garlic, onion, and goat's sesame seeds. When the Keema is raw, add the liver and, at the same time, add the tomatoes, salt, red pepper and turmeric, and fry. Use water as needed. When the Keema and liver are well cooked, cut the liver into small pieces with the help of a spoon. Now mix it well. Finally, add hot masala, Kasuri methi, and green chilies and mix. Now take out the dish and sprinkle with green coriander and drink.
