Chana Chaat

Boiled lentils and chit patties are the best combination of delicious spices in which green and tamarind chutney sauces add to your taste. The combination of crispy and crispy papri makes it even more delicious. It can be eaten at any time of the day.

Ingredients

Boiled Chanain (One Cup)

Tomatoes, (one piece)

Civic (One Cup)

Boiled Potatoes, (One Cup)

Chopped Cabbage (One Cup)

chopped red pepper (One tablespoon)

Chaat masala (One tablespoon)

One to two chopped green chilies  

Salt to taste

A quarter of a green coriander cut

cumin seeds (One cup)

green chutney (Three tablespoons)

tamarind sauce (Three tablespoons)

In a bowl, add boiled gram, tomato, seaweed, boiled potato, cabbage, chopped red chilli, chaat masala, green chillies, salt, coriander and cumin.

Mix these things well so that all the ingredients come together.

Now add green sauce and tamarind sauce and mix well.
